I just ordered a medium mac and cheese, and when I got home I was really disappointed. The cup was only half full, and the cheese was all over the rim, which made it look like the staff dumped part of it out. This is unacceptable .Chick-fil-A has never made mistakes like this before, so I was really surprised. Please improve the quality control!

What made the experience exceptional, though, was one employee in particular—Amy. I ordered 2 grill chicken sandwich and when I got home I realized that I received 2 fried chicken sandwich. I called and spoke to the Manager and he said I didn't get charged for 2 grilled sandwich. But that's not what I ordered. He said he was going to send me a coupon in the mail but it's been few months and I never got anything.
