I have attended this establishment before and this is my first negative experience. Went through the drive thru which was crowded but moved at a good pace. Got my food, parked and took a bite of one of the 12 nuggets I order and immediately recognized they were luke warm to cold at best. The fries 🍟 were not more than warmed over. Terrible experience.

I did Not appreciate the way I was treated when I went into this fast food establishment. I was Not treated by Robin, this lady did not greet me nor make eye contact with me as I stood at the pick up counter to pick up my order. Robin stood in front of me, look across the restaurant to customers who had came in way after me and told them that she could take their order. I am a woman of color and Robin and the customers are of pale descent. I really hope the manager stands on her word and speaks with this lady about her rude behavior.

Great staff and food with friendly customer service. I don't get to this location very often, but when I do it's never disappointing. The foods is always brought to you in a timely manner after you order and it's also a nice temperature once your do get it. Another great point is the cleanliness of the restaurant and it's restrooms.

This place is always great. I mean there's only so many ways you can mess up chicken, but from all my experiences there, they don't know them. I always get exactly what I order, it's always hot and fresh, and the customer service is always friendly and helpful. Wish there was one closer to my house as the closest one is 15 mins away, but for a special movie night with my son it was worth the trip. He loved it too, well be back again. Lol
