I love that there is a seat yourself restaurant without time limits with amazing food. Highly recommended for an intimate meal or a group of friends.

Joan’s on Third is a fantastic spot to visit for so many different reasons. They have both a sit in option or you can grab and go. They have a terrific assortment of all varieties of food. Whether you are looking for something to eat and drink for breakfast or looking to bring something to a party they have you covered. They also have a great selection of pre made meals that looked great. The avocado toast I had was delicious and the pastries were also to die for. The ability to accommodate so many different needs is remarkable. Whether you want to come in and sit or looking for a grab and go

I had been wanting to try this restaurant for some time, so I finally went for lunch. I had heard that the Chinese salad was especially good, so I ordered it. The crispy texture combined with the chicken made it very filling honestly, it was too much for me to finish on my own. The only slight downside was that the flavor became a bit monotonous toward the end, but overall it was delicious and satisfying. I would love to come back and try other items on the menu. The restaurant has both indoor and terrace seating, with a fair number of tables, so I think it is easier to find a seat on weekdays
