The place is clean and the food is tasty, but inside it is setup like a backroom rather than a restaurant. Don't expect great service... the guy that took my order barely spoke English and was inconsiderate and indifferent. The food came out quickly and even though we asked to sit in, they just packaged it to go. We ordered lunch specials General Tsos and Chicken with broccoli. It is a good alternative to most fast food places but not so great if you compare to casual fast food.

Claimed a Hispanic lady came and got my food. When the name clearly said Alex. Accused me of lying and won’t give me my food. I ordered for pick up off DoorDash and they said someone showed him the verification screen. Which is a lie because I’m the only with it, there’s no other way, a driver was not sent as I was the one to pick it up. And then he was being racist as well. Will I ever see my $22.39 again? I am writing this as I’m inside the restaurant.

They must have new owners and cooks, the food was awful and a waist of money. I come from another city and I won’t be doing this anymore! I am so disappointed and the girl just threw me my food . The food was leaking in the bag. I miss the old owners!! It was so spicy I couldn’t even give it to my child. Food cost too much to be thrown away.

I been ordering for years to the small part of pitchkettle for years and after the new owners after an adjustment period, I love it still and it’s always tasty. Don’t get the love like from previous owner but still I enjoy the food and I don’t mind spending my money there.
