Drive thru is different from all other chick-fil-a drive thrus I have been to. The have a line dedicated to call-in orders. Since I didn't know this my order was never taken. They told my I had to go around again. I asked for them to just take my order so that I can go and they said no, either go around or we're calling the police. Nice way to treat a customer. Sent me right to whataburger.

This was my first time visiting this Chick‑fil‑A location, and it will also be my last. I asked for my fries with no salt, and one of the workers told me, ‘We don’t do that here. Our fries automatically come with salt.’ I did not argue, but let’s use basic logic: the potatoes go into the fryer with no salt, they come out of the fryer with no salt, and then the salt is added manually afterward. So yes, they absolutely could have given me unsalted fries—they just chose not to. For a brand that prides itself on customer service, this was disappointing. I rarely eat fast food, but I trust Chick-fil-A because it’s usually reliable, efficient, and consistent—especially when ordering healthier items. Unfortunately, my experience at Chick-fil-A Sugar Land Town Square was extremely disappointing.
