She pays attention to detail, known us by name and what we order. She can handle multiple customers with ease and grace. Heaven she be commended for her great customer service. We love this IHOP. Our server, Rital, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. She checked on us regularly, kept our drinks refilled, and made sure everything came out correctly. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really made our visit enjoyable. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers’ experience, and Rital definitely went above and beyond.
