⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience at Panera. I ordered a veggie sandwich and was told they were out of the peppers that normally come on it. The peppers are a key ingredient and add most of the flavor to the sandwich, yet there was no discount, substitution, or attempt to make up for the missing item. The sandwich already had very little hummus, so without the peppers it was bland and lacked taste. I also specifically requested no tomatoes, but my sandwich arrived with three large tomato slices on it. If customers take the time to customize an order, the least that can be done is to follo

I dont know what happened but the service here has fallen apart. The place is dirty, the service is beyond slow like 20+ minutes and the food cold when arriving. Staff dont seem to know who ordered what. Got asked 3 times while waiting if other people's orders were mine. Honestly find another location until there's a new manager who knows how to run the place.

Not what I ordered at all! I’m rather careless when it comes to food service because I’m not picky, so the last time they sent me a burnt sandwich with half (well, most) the ingredients nowhere to be seen, I ignored it. But today it happened again and I’m wondering why did I pay $14 for something I could burn at home and eat. I called the location and the manager offered another sandwich but seemed to take no accountability saying she “didn’t see my order” and “didn’t encounter a burnt sandwich”. That’s what prompted me to leave a picture because I really want them to see what kind of quality

I ordered some food for my kids and I am aware it was 10-15mins before closing, so they were probably in a rush to get home. I ordered 2 of pick- two meals. One was broccoli cheddar soup with tomato basil BLT, while the other was Mac & cheese with cranberry chicken sandwich. But they really didn’t put a lot of effort in making the sandwiches. You could barely see the bacon in one sandwich, and they just scooped the chicken salad on the other sandwich.
