Very disappointing experience with Pizza Boli’s. I ordered a veggie pizza and was surprised to see large broccoli pieces on it. The second pizza was supposed to be BBQ chicken, but the quality and preparation were not what I expected. Honestly, only about 1 out of 5 times that I order from this location is the pizza actually good and consistent. Another issue is that they frequently say their sauces are out of stock, even in the morning, which is frustrating. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but the quality is too inconsistent. Highly disappointed.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience and feel compelled to share just how unacceptable it was. My order took over two hours to arrive, which is far beyond a reasonable delivery time. When the food finally showed up, the pizza was completely cold, and the chicken was burned to the point of being inedible. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. On April 5, 2026, around 7:00 PM, I visited this Pizza Boli’s location to pick up a delivery order. While waiting, I observed chicken sitting in a grey container that was completely uncovered. This raised serious concerns for me about food safety and proper handling practices. Based on what I witnessed, I would urge anyone considering ordering from this location to use caution, as the conditions I observed did not appear sanitary or in line with expected food safety standards. 🤦‍♀️🤮😡

I ordered the “game day special” a 2 topping pizza, 9 jumbo chicken wings and a 2 LT soda. I even wrote special instructions to run the chicken wings through the oven twice. My pizza was fine and drink. However when I opened the chicken wings it wasn’t chicken wings.
