The lady at the register was rude from the start and i had to wait 30 minutes just to get a 90 percent raw 5 chicken tender basket the lady told me half way of me waiting that she had some tenders back there that were as hard as a rock but also said she had some that was fresh she would use. no one just says that so that made me think to check my food before i even ate and sure enough it’s more than atleast 80 percent raw!!!!. I’m not happy and something needs to be done if not i’ll do what’s needed! The lady also did not want to give me my receipt after the refund!

I have been to Bojangles in various cities across South Carolina and this one was my favorite. I had forgotten that they played Christian music this one had the music slightly higher than the other places which is good because I'm hearing challenge. The young lady at the register was very patient with me I only had a few dollars to spend and I wanted to have the best bang for my buck she followed through... Thank you for delightful meal and atmosphere. No one seemed to mind my singing the songs🎶🎶🎶

I placed an online order earlier this morning and came inside to pick it up. I was initially greeted by two employees, but shortly after, another employee approached while actively on her phone having a personal conversation and did not greet me. She asked how she could help, and I noticed my order bag taped and appearing ready behind her. I informed her that I had an online order under my name. After checking the bag, she realized the order was incomplete; missing four drinks and several pies. She untaped the bag and called out what was missing.
