4th time in a row order completely screwed up. Cooks apparently unable to read English. I've been standing there during preparation and they screwed all 4 double hamburgers. Wanted ZERO CHEESE. ALL 4 HAD DOUBLE CHEESE. Managers did NOT confirm the order before bagging. I asked No cheese. She said yes. WRONG ANSWER. This last time sealed it. 2 original chicken sandwiches. Added bacon, cheese, tomatoes. No tomatoes. Or bacon. Or cheese. Requested NO lettuce. BOTH had lettuce. Overcooked chicken. Both orders onion rings LITERALLY hard as rocks. Completely inedible. The only item that was correct

I ordered on the app. I waited in store and finally received my two whoppers 35 minutes after I entered the store. Apparently they have no system for notifying customers an app order is ready to go. I talked to the counter attendant 3 times before they discovered my order was sitting out at the drive through window. Many customers came in, ordered and then left with their food before I finally tried to cancel my order in the store inspiring them to find it. I understand being busy. I don’t understand why there’s no system for order pickups.

I placed in an order today to be picked up by DoorDash, and the DoorDashlady was texting me Of how rude they were treating her that is unacceptable. We should treat each other with respect and kindness. I called back and spoke to a manager manager, assured me that he will be speaking to that individual

Antuane was extremely friendly with me !! He was extremely polite even after dealing with all of my questions whereas others may get annoyed. Very patient and kind. Awesome dude and I will be returning because of him alone. The food is always great here too!
