We came as a date night but arrived earlier than anticipated so we missed the live music. I would certainly come back to check that out . The ambiance was nice, cozy and more upscale than an average bar. There was an outdoor space but everyone was inside as it was 107 degrees out when we went. What we ate: 1. Beef Tenderloin Carne Asada Tacos - These were OK. They actually tasted better later on when I finished the leftovers at home. There seemed to be something missing on the taco to bring the varying flavors together. 2. Salmon Risotto - my husband had this and I tried a smidge of it. We both agreed we would not order this again. The salmon alone was under seasoned and the risotto had a flavor profile that lacked cohesion. 3. Caramelized Brussel sprouts - Brussels sprouts are hard to get right. Again, this dish felt incomplete. With a proper drizzle over this, it may have hit the right mark, because the foundational elements were there. I added some ranch from the Loaded Smashed Pota

Italian food in a quiet residential location. We went there for Saturday lunch, and the place was almost empty. I had doubts about the food. My doubts were misplaced. The food was excellent! I ordered the Craft burger with a gluten free bun, beef cooked medium. My partner had the Chicken Tinga Tostadas. The burger arrived cooked ro perfection. The gluten free bun held together without falling apart. The roasted potato side was spiced and cooked perfectly, soft enough and cooked enough for the spices to shine through. The Tostadas were excellent also. A slight hint of lemon brought home the fresh and light chicken and vegetable filling. I found out later that they have a live band for dinner, and it quite full at that time. You might need a reservation. Highly recommended. If you want a quiet experience, try the Saturday lunch. You will love it.

Our party of four had a fantastic night at Cork & Craft! We sat inside for the live music; lively, fun, and full of friendly people. Isaiah, our server, was attentive, proactive, and cheerful. The New York strip steak was cooked perfectly, and everyone loved their meals and drinks. We acknowledged the bartenders skills, WOW. If I could, I'd give this spot 3.5 stars. The space is cozy and the dinner menu has a good variety of options (burgers, pasta, tacos). We went on a Sunday and they were slammed. There was just one server and two cooks running the whole place. It took over an hour to get our food, and yet our server was amazing through it all. You could tell she felt bad and she did the best she could. This was clearly was not her fault. The food itself was good and plated nicely. Everyone at our table enjoyed it but my friend has a strange allergy and they weren't sure what if poultry or chicken broth were in the dishes. When we arrived it was loud with the DJ, then it quieted down after they left. This could be a pro or con depending on what you're after. I'd want to come back because the food and location, but the wait on the food makes me hesitate. Hoping it was just an off night with staffing. A shout out to our server though! I know it was a tough night, but you handled it like a champ!

I was visiting my childhood bestie from NJ and we decided on a girls’ night out at Cork & Craft — and it was such a vibe! We went on a Wednesday and enjoyed live music from an awesome guitarist who played everything from Bob Marley to Elton John. The atmosphere was cozy yet lively, and our server Kennedy D. was fantastic — super attentive and helpful with recommendations. I had the Spicy Pineapple Margarita (so good I ordered two!), perfectly balanced with a kick. The calamari was crisp and light, and the salmon risotto was the star — flavorful, creamy, and such a generous portion that I had leftovers for the next day. My friend loved her Craft Burger and fries too! The lighting, music, and outdoor patio make it the perfect hangout spot. 10/10 experience — I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Arizona! 🍸🎶

We were really hoping to enjoy our visit, but unfortunately it missed the mark in several areas. The service was very slow—we had to ask other staff members multiple times just to have our server come back to the table. The food itself had potential, but two of our meals were overly salty, which made it hard to enjoy. We ended up not finishing our meals because of it. The timing was also off—our salad had just arrived when our entrées were brought out, making the whole experience feel rushed and uncoordinated. The layout of the restaurant didn’t help either. The furniture felt too large for the space, making it difficult to get in and out of the tables comfortably. On top of that, the noise level was already high and only increased once the music started, making conversation challenging. They need panels in the ceiling to help with noise. Overall, there are some good elements here, but the service, food execution, and atmosphere need improvement for us to consider returning. It was
