My first time going, everything was amazing, the food, service, and coffee. It was worth my money and they even did my request of having the turkey pesto sandwich with chicken instead. However my second time going wasn’t good at all. There was mold on the fruit inside yogurt parfait and the assistant manager offered me another one but when I opened the second one the yogurt looked gross and expired. They did give me a refund on that as requested. The assistant manager is also the one who took my order the first time I went, but the guy who took my order, Esteban, asked her and said that they couldn’t replace the turkey for chicken on the pesto sandwich for me. I told him I had gotten it before but he said he asked her and she said no. They made it seem like I was disturbing them for making for that request. Despite this, I still tipped them, but not worth my 40$. The atmosphere outside was amazing however, the trees and the hummingbirds are the only things that made my trip worth it. W

We were passing through town and ordered for pickup - ordered 2 Spanish Lattes and the breakfast sandwich with green chili and everything was delicious! It took my husband all of about 2 seconds to finish his half. What a great local business - if you’re in El Paso, go support them!

I ordered a sandwich and tater tots. The girls there didn’t want to give me utensils to eat my loaded tots. Made a face when I explained to them I ordered fries and said it’s in the bag I went ahead and took everything out of the bag and showed them then they said we don’t give utensils with sandwiches and repeated I ordered a sandwich but tatertots. Proceeded to make a face at me. and heanded me utensils. It isn’t hard to give utensils with food. Food is good but the girls there make you not want to come back.

Update: tried the Horchata Latte and Coconut Latte with Bacon and Swiss breakfast sandwich. The Sandwich was sooooo good, it has a honey chipotle sauce that takes it to a whole other level and the bread was so soft and delicious. The lattes were way too sweet for me to finish them, wonder if they were made the way they're supposed to be? Not sure but that makes it twice I'm not impressed with the coffee at this location. Will go back to the Montecillo location for the coffee.
