I just went there and asked for leg lovers. The guy didn’t even check with the cook and said we don’t have it. I then asked for wing lovers and got the same answer. They usually check and then let me know But this guy was not even checking. When I went to the window to pay I asked for senior discount and he asked me how old I was (I’m 66 btw), I told him I didn’t need to give him that information. Then he said he couldn’t give me the discount if I didn’t show some ID. That he needed to scan my ID. I told him that since I have been buying pollo loco, nobody ever asked to see my ID, then I paid

First time that I'm hearing that El Pollo Loco doesn't sell red meat. I got the street tacos. Taco AL carbon. I thought I was ordering the chicken avocado tacos. I went up to get which I thought was my forgotten avocado but I guess the cashier ordered for me instead of clarifying which one I wanted. The AL carbon chicken was a little dry to be honest. It came with a few chips. Every time I decide to give this place another shot for some reason I get disappointed.
