Service is friendly and helpful. My order was ready is less than 5 minutes. This is the first time I buy food from this place. Portions were good and food was at the right temperature. The chicken was good but I think because of the pictures I saw online I expected it to have more of a charred taste.

First time trying out this restaurant, was surprised by the convenient location,great food service and the amazing staff here. They have 3 brand new self-service kiosk you can order on your own and don't have to wait in the line if you don't want to. Pro tips must download their phone app and join their rewards it come with discount and rewards points. Currently if you're new sign in the app they do have a 5$ discount for meal you ordered more than 10$+ which is amazing plus the reward point system. The food options was eye's open they have many selections that I couldn't believe they do sell

First time visiting this El Pollo Loco location and honestly I was pleasantly surprised. I’m not usually a huge fan of the place, but I was looking for something fast and kind of healthy. When you get there, you basically know what to expect — normal fast food service — but this location was different. All the ladies working there were really on top of everything, constantly checking on customers, asking if everything was good, and doing it with a super nice attitude. Chicken cooked right... flame-broiling! Always has that savory, smoky flavor. Ordering is self-service at a terminal. Orders come up quickly. Mixing dine in and to go same order okay. Dining room is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.
