A friend recommended it to me and I decided to try it. Honestly, if you're going for rice noodles, Vietnamese rice noodles are probably better. They're both made of rice, but the Chinese noodles are round and can't really soak up the soup, so it's like noodles and soup all separately , so why order noodle soup? The broth is pretty ordinary, nothing special, ordered pork ribs noodle soup $17 and added the egg $2.50 Deep fried pork $7.99 was average No service at all , order by QR code , and put your order on table with “ quiet “ style .

The food is amazing and the service is efficient and effective. Well I guess I should write more. This location used to be a Japanese restaurant so you'll still see the sushi bar for seating which is a good choice for single diners. Sunnyvale Hunan rice noodle used to be reigned by the Noodle Talk so I was curious how this place compares when I saw a huge line last time I passed by. This is a wonderful place for excellent noodles. Not a huge menu, but what they serve is excellent. One type of noodle and soup base. Noodles and broth are served in a big soup bowl. The ‘add on’, whether it is the very very very spicy and delicious ribs or the intestines or anything else are served in separate bowls. Perfect for sharing. The noodle texture has just the right chew and stays perfectly QQ through the entire meal. The servings may appear small but are actually more than adequate. The rose jelly is a perfect finish for the meal. There is inside and outdoor dining. Service
