I ordered extra crispy chicken, and got original. Nothing against original but the only reason I fine at KFC is for the extra crispy. Also upgraded to extra side and large drink, I got regular drink. Was in a hurry and didn’t notice till I got home.

I placed and paid for a mobile order through the KFC app on May 23, 2026, around 4:15 PM at the N Nellis Blvd location in Las Vegas. When I arrived around 4:45–5:00 PM to pick up my order, the manager Maria informed me that my food had already been given away to someone else. I explained that the order was released to the wrong person, but instead of resolving the issue professionally, the interaction became argumentative. I paid $21.32 for the order and left disappointed after not receiving the food I ordered through the app. Mobile orders should be verified properly before being handed out

I waited 35 minutes for wings. I was not told the wings would need to be cooked or I would have changed my order. There was another lady in front of me who was asking for a refund of her money. It was a busy day and some kind of inspector came in and that took away from the already short staffed crew. My wings were hot but the rest of the food in my order was cold. The service was so terrible here it will be a LONG time before i even consider KFC and I will never go to this location ever again.

Food was fine, but the customer service needs major improvement. The woman handling my order was very abrupt and rushed me through the window. I later realized why - they had tacked on an upcharge for a large drink without asking me. Sneaking extra charges onto a bill and using rushed, unfriendly service to cover it up is a terrible way to treat customers. Check your receipts before you leave!
