Hello, I visited Chick-fil-A last night around 9:30 PM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I still have my receipt and order number available if needed. After placing my order, I was instructed to park and wait for my food. I did as asked, but while waiting, I noticed multiple customers receiving their orders before me. I ended up waiting in the parking lot for approximately 30-45 minutes without receiving my food, even as the menu boards were being turned off for the night. We stopped here after an early morning doctor’s appointment and did dine-in but also ordered food for someone else to go. We got our dine-in order in under 5 minutes after scanning the QR code. The Chick-Fil-A employee that brought the food said he forgot our drinks and would go grab them. After waiting for a bit, we had to go grab them ourselves. On this visit, which we do come here often, there was food on the ground on the inside of the restaurant and it didn’t seem as clean.

As with most Chick-fil-a locations, the food and service are well above average. Food prep was longer than expected based on experiences elsewhere, and I've only been here once recently so I didn't count it against them. The layout of the dining room doesn't feel great because you're either along a walkway or staring at drivers in the drive-thru line. If this place gets busy, it seems like the parking situation could be questionable.

Wonderfully delightful senior citizen staff! Happy, talkative, smiling, pleasant workers. Also good to note is this location is one of fewer and fewer fast food restaurants that has an indoor playground for kids.
