I normally get my food to go, and it isn’t a far drive from here to home, however, taco’s are definitely not cook to order, and are either falling apart (due to grease) or extremely crunchy and stale (from sitting under a heat lamp past the time they are supposed to be sold to a customer). The time getting my food to me was reasonable when parking in the front after being prompted to, and customer service was great! If the food was as good as the service, they would get a 5 stars and I would go back

Semi Truck red and white says McLane on the side of it parks in front of the store blocking handicap parking and half the drive thru. I asked the driver to move so my wife and I could leave he said he’d be 10 minutes I said I’d call the police to make him move, he said go for it and laughed at me. This is RIDICULOUS there’s no need for this semi in this parking lot at lunch time.

Went to drive thru and ordered a large vanilla milkshake with a spoon and NO STRAW. (Just had a dental implant with liquid diet only). Advised that Jack doesn't have any spoons! Offered a fork and replied NO. Got to window to pay and Heather (Mgr) offered to spin the shake again to make it easier for me to eat. Replied Yes. The shake was awesome (had an extra spoon in glove box). Heather went the EXTRA MILE. THANK YOU!!

The food is JITB. I'm not expecting gourmet. But the staff here was absolutely awful. We sat in the drive through line (with only 2 people ahead of us) for almost 40 minutes. When we ordered, you could hear staff screaming at each other in the background, and the woman argued with me about what I wanted. Then, after the 40 minute wait, we got up to the window, and there was absolutely no apology or any mention of the fact that we could have sat in a restaurant and eaten dinner in the amount of time we waited.
