GREAT coffee, tasty treats, nice staff. Tried the Americano, and it was very good and the temp was nice and hot. The barista recommended the chocolate chip cookie. It was delicious and loaded with choc chips. Next time I’ll try the sugar cookie with sprinkles. The place is bright and nicely decorated so you can sit down and enjoy your coffee. The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t have the prices of the drinks on the board. I highly recommend dropping by and enjoying a cup 😊

I went to the water street site with a birthday coupon and they refused to honor my emailed coupon because they could not find my account. They refused to honor their own coupon and treated me like I was an imposition. I walked out without a beverage and I won't be going back. What kind of business refuses to honor their own coupons? Doesnt even look to see what it is or if it's valid and treats their customers like trash walked in from the street?

Decent place for a morning breakfast and a Latte My daughters tried the Bagel and the oatmeal and I had the bagel and coffee . It was good and a easy walk from the restaurant. Plenty of space to seat and enjoy a morning coffee and was not crowded
