The blended espresso drink was great (salted caramel coconut) 5/5, the spiced iced Chai with salted caramel 4/5, the service was nice. The food however was abysmal, I'm just too shy to ask for a refund. Premade sandwich in fridge, I asked for no egg and she removed the cheese, bacon was uncooked and soggy, and her way of heating was to throw on panini press so inside of flat Bagel was dough and wet and outside was hard. First time going here and Terra was awesome. I'm a no caffeine person and love teas and she figured out what I wanted like she read my mind. It was so good that me and my daughter went back the next day. Starbucks who. I love small businesses they give a personal touch. DECAF as well

I normally don’t like leaving reviews but I came in this last Sunday morning for my daughter’s birthday and, unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with our experience. The girl taking our order was very friendly and even gave helpful recommendations, which I appreciated. However, the one making the drinks was rude and seemed visibly annoyed, giving us dirty looks. Our blended drink didn’t include the marshmallows or drizzle we requested, my Italian soda was overflowing and lacked flavor, and my daughter’s chai wasn’t properly mixed so she ended up with a mouthful of powder. Such a great gem in the heart of 6th Ave. Great coffee and service in a cute shop full of character and art. They even have lots of small art pieces, magnets, and jewelry for sale for you to check out while you enjoy a coffee and one of their tasty bagel sandwiches. I made it in on one of our beautiful northwest summer days which was perfect to sit at their outside table while I sipped my coffee and watched life on the avenue pass by.
