I recently visited Pollo Tropical at 11875 SW 26th St in Miami. The food was good, fresh, and prepared well, which made for an enjoyable meal overall. However, I was disappointed to see dogs allowed inside the dining area. While I understand that service animals are permitted, allowing pets indoors can raise hygiene and health concerns for customers who are eating. Restaurants should maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. The food quality was solid, but the pet policy inside the restaurant affected my overall experience. I hope management addresses this concern in the fut

When will corporate do something about the food issues here I officially will not be eating Pollo tropical until these issues are fixed. Everyone else should do the same. The rice was hard, the beans tasted smoky and over salted! And worst of all the chicken was RAW! Pollo tropical needs to be more stringent on the food handling too I’ve seen employees using the same tongs for raw chicken and cooked. I swear I’m about to report them for not safely handling the food! My whole family was sick last night my husband threw up this is ridiculous already. It’s no wonder they couldn’t stay open in oth

This place actually surprised me… I was not expecting the food to be as good as the layout of this location. Do not let an outward appearance deceive you! The food was really really delicious and big portions for a good price! My only complaint here was the amount of time we waited for our food… We probably waited anywhere from 25 to 30 minutes for food! But I was just glad to see people they’re making food! It was still on shower at so they were fairly busy! We got a few different items there but I will say that the food, especially the chicken, was very flavorful and delicious!

When asking for help they straight up ignored me and when I asked them for my order they said it wasn't ready yet I had ordered in their app to come pick it up after work and I had to wait a whole hour from the time I placed the order at 7:49 till 8:50 when I finally received my order I got to chec and they are missing my fries. Service is incredibly slow the staff is unreliable and when you get your order expect for it to be someone else's or be missing something.
