We had a wonderful experience at Wajiro Restaurant celebrating my mom’s birthday. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to our waiter, Cuco, who made our celebration even more memorable. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. His excellent customer service truly stood out and made us feel very special. We highly recommend Wajiro Restaurant and will definitely be back. I had an excellent experience at Wajiro’s, and a big part of that was thanks to Yanfrank. The food was outstanding- the Churrasco marinero was absolutely spectacular, and the Pargo frito was equally delicious.But what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Yanfrank was professional, attentive and paid close attention to every detail throughout our visit. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations His warm and genuine hospitality made the experience truly memorable. I went to the restaurant arrived at 1000 pm they close at 103p pm and they didn’t want to serve me bc they said their kitchen was already closed and didn’t give me other options at all . When o was taking a picture of the sign of their operating hours a manager came outside screaming at me telling me their kitchen was closed . When I left Islas canarias treated me so well even though I arrived 30 minutes before closing the waiter ending up getting a 20 tip that i would have given your restaurant if they would have attended me but since I was only one person they didn’t want to attend me

The food was good, tamal excellent, lechon was a bit burnt, red beans were a bit watery. The chairs are a bit small, like kids middle school size. I was presented with 2 tickets that didn’t show the service charge, so i added another tip more than 20% on top of the one already included. I thought a waitress was supposed to tell you “tip included and you may add more if you’d like” . Really disappointed about this, trying to get a 40% tip ?
