5 Star's all around. Robert was amazing. My little one requested a item not on the menu "quesadillas" Robert was happy to have the chef make that for her. The Ceviche does not disappoint. We will be back before heading home... Main dish Arroz con pollo so much flavor.....

We stopped for a late breakfast - lunch. The service was nice only that there was no bartender on site, there was no one to make us a decent drink. We got the meat sauce in a very small container and barely covered its bottom. The food is excellent but the prices are a bit exaggerated. A dish supposedly for three was good enough for two for $72?! Hmmm

Went to Santos Kitchen & Lounge last Thursday for a VIP saxophone performance, and the entire experience was terrible. We arrived early for our reserved inside table, but there was no hostess or manager in sight, the artist himself had to seat us. Service was a mess from the start. Our server didn’t know basic menu or drink items, and nobody else seemed to know anything either. The hostess was rude and tried to lie about our reservation when my brother and sister-in-law arrived, insisting we only had outside seating even though we were already seated inside and actively eating. Terrible experience at Santos Kitchen & Lounge. The service was awful and the owner was extremely rude and unfriendly from the moment we walked in. We had reservations made days in advance, yet we were treated like an inconvenience. The restaurant was completely empty, which honestly makes sense after experiencing the attitude and lack of hospitality. This place is seriously overhyped. The drinks were mediocre at best, and the food was overly salty. I even specifically asked for my guacamole with no added salt, and it still came out unbearably salty and honestly disgusting. Overall, terrible
