It was our first time being there and it was awesome. We got unlimited wristbands and the employee cashing me out explained how everything works and even game me extra credits to the arcade since it was out first time. Wasn't busy at all and every employee was helpful and nice. Definitely will be back and they have plenty to do.

Let me just start by saying “PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!” I called the Taylor location upset with the terrible customer service I received from the Farmington Hills, MI location. I was a desperate Mom trying to make sure my little boys birthday wasn’t totally cancelled by a snow storm. Chris answered the phone. He was informative, courteous, and professional. Five stars truly does not do the customer service at Zap Zone justice. I came in with a big group, and one of the young blonde female employees completely transformed our experience in the Pixel Room. She stayed with us the entire time, guided us through everything, joked around with us, and brought such an energetic, welcoming atmosphere that made the experience unforgettable. Held a party here and had a great experience. The kids had a blast, and it was very affordable. We were surprised the food was excellent (pizza and breadsticks). We’ve actually gotten takeout of breadstick trays since then since they were so good. The party came with 2 pitchers and those were free refills. Our party host was fantastic. Highly recommend!
