This branch is one of the most slowest and sleepy staff. They are super tired in the morning itself. I personally did not like the customer service for this branch they are super slow. Also this is how these people serve a coffee they dont see whats good whats bad just supply the coffee or donuts even is its bad this is how my coffee looks. People please be aware of this branch. Ones you buy anything from here, please be aware of your health if its getting bad.

I waited in the drive-thru line for nearly 20 minutes to order with my family. When my turn finally came, the employee taking the order seemed incredibly frazzled and messed it up. I very politely pointed out that she had forgotten an iced latte for my daughter; the cashier told me she was tired and called over a supervisor. That supervisor had the worst attitude I have ever seen; she told me I had to move and get back in line, and she even threatened to cancel my order. The customer service in this place is terrible to say the least. I was in the drive thru and I honestly forgot to add something and I asked the lady if I can add something small and she goes “NO. 24.66$” like I understand it was in drive thru but that’s where her customer service skills are supposed to kick in and give an alternative maybe “oh you can place the order and just come inside and we’ll have it ready for your” or “yeah sure I can take the order but can you just come back around for it.” Not just straight up no. The amount of incompetent people that work there is beyond me! There's never a time where my order is correct. From my coffee and food always being burnt to getting my ordered incorrectly. It never fails with this location. Today I ordered through the app and had my husband pick up. All you gotta say im picking up for "so and so" They had to ask what my order was when it should already be in a big screen on who ordered what.
