Had a great lunch while meeting a friend from the area who recommended we met here for lunch. Did not realize it was an upscale setting and the waitress politely asked me to remove my baseball cap. The food and drinks were excellent across the board. Not a big fan of artichoke dip, but it was superb. Ribs were excellent! Super professional service and immaculate atmosphere. Highly recommend for an upscale dining experience!

Sooo, always my favorite, but a couple things not so great. Server was nice and professional, but kinda to quick and forgetful. On way back from Florida driving and detoured to get som Houstons. We had the artichokes wrapped and she said she would put the sauce in and didn't. We ordered a burger to go with fries, and she never gave the fries. Drove home past Lake George, and opened up to go bag to find missing stuff. Also, not really Houstons fault but 3 guys at the table next to us who thought they were too cool were loud and dropped at minimum 75 F bombs. I can drop the F bomb with the best

Incredible lunch at Houston’s Hackensack. The atmosphere is seriously cool - warm wood, moody lighting, beautiful Navajo artwork - a place that just feels good to be in. Our waitress Christine was amazing. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our afternoon. The food matched the vibe: my salad was fresh and delicious, and my husband loved his steak and fries. We used to frequent Houston’s pretty often, but have run into issues much recently, with booking reservations or just wanting to stop in for a cocktail before the movies or shopping.
