We’ve given Bakery 2000 multiple chances because it’s convenient and we like supporting a Brazilian spot, but the service has been consistently poor. On our latest visit (05/29/2026), our order took far too long, and it only came out after we asked about it. When I went to pick it up, the employee made a joke about us “complaining,” gave a disapproving side look to the kitchen, laughed about it with the kitchen staff and argued instead of apologizing or explaining. This is the first time I come to this bakery. I only wanted scrambled eggs and one toast for myself. I also ordered a chicken sandwich and a milk shake for my son. The cashier took my order and when I saw the ticket after paying I realized I had been charged more than a full breakfast that had proteins such as sausages and bacon. When I asked why that was I was told that next time I should order a full breakfast and remove the items I didn’t want so that it came out more economical. I can’t believe I wasn’t suggested that in the first place and ended up paying over $8 with taxes for 2 scramble

This is a weird little bakery.. when I walked in no one was at the counter customer wise just 2 employees behind the counter. They never greeted or acknowledged my presence. After 2 min another customer comes in .. different race then myself and they are immediately served. That's all I needed. I turned and walked right out. Sucks for this business because I had a large group order. DO BETTER!!!!

A nice Brazilian style bakery with delicious looking pastries. It is a big place inside with a side room great for events. It has a big TV. I was in the mood for those cheese bread, that was my reason to stop in today. I was disappointed with the ones they had. They were stale and a little hard. I bought other things in the case. The name was not written in English so I didn't know what I was getting but it looked good lol. The lady behind the counter spoke little English. It was enough to communicate how many but not what the item was. I was happy with the other pastries. They were good.
