They either turn off mobile ordering due to persistent staffing constraints or the app just plain doesn't work. The app doesn't work more often than it does. I've submitted orders and had them cancelled before I get there. Luckily, it worked today so I placed my order through the app. 20 minutes for two McDoubles is insanity. Crew was polite but I suspect manpower is kept too low. We don't go to McDonald's for the quality food or the atmosphere, we go because it's fast. This location has had many chances but I can't justify the constant issues. Edit: Dropping my review to one star. McDonalds

I want to give this place 0 stars but that’s not an option, so I just give it 1. I have been to this location several times on my way to work and I have to say unfortunately my doctor’s office has better service and better quality and that’s saying something. Everyone I come the staff is always standing around and laughing and joking with each other instead of taking orders I once had to stand for almost an hour for 2 simple items of food that doesn’t take that long to prepare and every time I come the service gets worse.
