Sadly, our last visit here. We found hair in both our soup and salad, and the service was poor. This is a place we always enjoyed stopping at on our way to and from San Diego — so this was really disappointing. On top of that, the fees were excessive. Extra plate charge, a fee for splitting a meal, a charge for extra dressing, and a mandatory 22% gratuity for parties of 6. The add-ons nearly matched our food total. We get that times are tough, but charging for everything that’s normally included elsewhere will push customers away — and it pushed us away. Hope management reconsiders. Good fo

I’d give 10 stars if possible!! Vince’s (on Holt in Ontario) became a family favorite since the early 1960s. Since then, I have also enjoyed the Vince’s locations in Glendora, Ventura, Torrance , Rancho Cucamonga and now Temecula. Great service!! Great staff. AWESOME food!! Always a great experience. Never disappoints!! ❤️❤️

TL;DR we won’t be back. I really wanted this place to be good. We have driven by so many times and it’s so cute. We finally made the intention to go and try it because we have been told the other locations are great. Well, we don’t agree. Food was edible but nothing special. The way they charge 4$ to split a meal is bonkers. And they charge you 2$ for just an extra plate. An empty plate?!? C’mon. Overall- Portion wasn’t work the cost. Salad was no way worth the price either, and the dressing was very watered down. The one thing that gives the food 2 stars vs 1 was the bread. It was basic

What can I say that hasn't been said about Vince's? I started going to the now closed location in Torrance nearly 20 years ago. My wife introduced me to them all those years ago and we have loved the food ever since. We love their food so much that when we lived in Vegas for 5 years we would go to the location in Rancho Cucamonga and bring gallons of their meat sauce back and freeze it in our garage fridge. Now that we moved to Temecula we were over the moon excited that one of our favorite restauarants is in town. I guess it was meant to be LOL My only suggestion would be to have the french
