I'm just not a big fan of the potatoes. I like the idea of the slices, but I prefer them griddled over deep fried. In all, come an excellent choice for breakfast!

Don't sleep on Mom's famous pancakes (but you'll be sure to need a nap afterwards). At three pounds each, they are more than enough to feed a crowd, and delicious, too! I'm marking this as a Mesa gem!
