I would rate them zero stars if I could. Let's elaborate. A couple of days ago I made my way into the building to order food. My daughter's mom lives in New York and decided that she was going to order food off of her card because I was having a diabetic episode due to not eating. The late night manager that was there was the most disrespectful human being I have had the disprivledge of coming into contact with. I ordered 3 McChickens, then received a poor attitude from a heavy set female who might have been a shift leader by what her shirt appeared to look like, then, when I asked politely for just 3 ranch dipping sauces to put on my sandwiches like I like them, she said I was only allowed 2 !? Then, when I saw another employee put my food in a bag for her to hand me, it sat there for 5 minutes with her picking it up twice, not putting the/any ranch sauces in the bag, then, placing the bag behind two pick up order bags, then, seeing me looking at the whole situation hands me the bag, doesn't ask any

Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The employee taking orders canceled my order for no reason and falsely claimed that I asked her to cancel it, which never happened. I only asked her to repeat the order so I could confirm it correctly. What made the situation worse was the employee’s attitude and lack of professionalism. When I started taking photos to document the situation, she responded with “I don’t care.” Customers deserve respect and basic professionalism. I hope management reviews their staff behavior and improves customer service at this location.
