I had the worst experience at this location today. I had placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to grab my order as I had my toddlers in the car. At the drive-thru speaker the cashier tells me that I couldn't pickup my order at the window and that I had to come inside. This was not going to be possible as we were experiencing a heat wave and the temps were 100 degrees and I had no shoes on. I approached the window and the cashier just left and did not acknowledge me being parked at the window. I had no other cars behind me and it is not until a car was behind me that she opened

I give this place a 2 today, was always a 5 before, i live near by and everytime i go personally, chicken is always good, but today i ordered it through Uber eats, not only did they give me the driest, oldest chicken they had,they literally gave me a wing that was nothing but char ,unedible, they also didnt give me the complete amount i got a 8pcs family meal they gave me 7pcs one being that charred wing so technically 6pcs,... and i know it wasnt the drivers fault for taking long or something because i live at the most 10 min away and the beans(atleast) were still hot, and so was the rice...

Ordered 10 piece leg n thighs the size of the leg is literally the size of a wing. Pollo Loco, you can do better. What happened to regular size leg?

I’m in town for work, stopped by to get a quick lunch through the drive-thru, salsa has mold/fungus on it. 🤢🤮
