I met a few friends here for an early dinner before going to a show at MOSI. My expectations weren't high, since I am usually not a fan of chain restaurants. Boy, was I wrong! I haven’t been to an Applebee’s in about 10 years, but this location is right by me, and they’ve had some good deals, so I gave them a shot. I walked in at 9:35. I sat at the table from 9:45 until 10 before I was even asked what I wanted to drink. I even watched, what looked like a GM, walk past me empty handed multiple times without even a glace. When my waitress made it to me,I gave my food order with the drink order as I wasn't sure when I'd see my waitress again. I then watched her ask and make 3 drinks and a beer to multiple people. Then she disappeared in the back for another 5 min. 20 min at the table without even a drink. If that's what service is like, I'll take my money elsewhere.
