The only reason I’m giving it a 2 star on food is because of my salad. Everything that comes with the salad wasn’t in it or either it wasn’t in the bag in general. This salad comes with tortilla strips . I asked for an extra dressing but I guess since I got 2 of the same salads they just gave the one for each😒.

I never received my points from meals I ordered and im very disappointed. Haven't went back since and I usually love Chick fil a. The sweet girl in the drive through even scanned my app.. but I have no rewards.

I called cause the fries were not cooked the right way they were cold as well and then I asked for extra pickles so I didn’t get it. Then the manager ashely was being rude saying Uh-huh like eight times like being sarcastic. I told her that my father was on the hospital and I was just expecting to get a hot meal after long day it felt like she didn’t care or care for quality food or being professional. She already ask you if you can come back, I told her I’m already getting to close to Belton I told her that I was not expecting to get bad I wanted quality food not someone that doesn’t u

We just had a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A! 😄❤️ Vanessa, the little redhead who took our order, was so sweet and polite—she even wished us a blessed day! 🙏🥰 The food 🍔🍟 was great, the service 🌟 was fantastic, and it’s just such a welcoming place. If anyone’s looking for a great spot for lunch 🕛🥪, Chick-fil-A is definitely the place to stop by! 🚗✨
