This place used to be really good, but the past few times I’ve been here the expresso taste like watered down burnt hotel coffee. Even with them remaking it , it taste the exact same. Disappointing because i go here a lot but not anymore. First pic is today (March 4) vs how they used to make them back in December (with the chocolate) …major difference. Both are after a 6min drive home.

Great drink options with multiple sizes. They offer points rewards and occasionally swag like stickers and lanyards. This location doesn't have the best parking during peak hours due to careless parkers and fast, careless drivers. We get a variety of drinks but my favs are the iced breve and iced energy Marmalade. My husband gets the Vampire Slayer Rebel iced. The kids like the Tiger's Blood soda and Laser Cat lemonade.😻

I would give 0 stars which is unfortunate as I’ve regularly visited this Dutch bros since 2022. Love collecting stickers and chatting with the same baristas when I do swing through. Unfortunately on Christmas Eve I decided I wanted a frozen Christmas morning chai, special treat! Decide to go to the window instead of drive through, busy day, wait time = 30+ minutes… okay can deal- it’s the holidays after all. Drink is not frozen, it’s liquid, Take the first sip of my drink, have to chew, assuming it was sprinkles, as I’m chewing, (and still chewing) my husband tries the drink and spits out “sai

I come here often. Mostly good service, but today was bad i asked for a large easy ice rebel and i got a medium regular ice. You would think the tips motivate the employees to get it right. . I didn’t notice I got the wrong drink till after I left and I tried getting in contact to ask for the right order but theres no way of talking to anyone here. Not even online because it asks for an order number and i didn’t get one since they never give receipts. It was a really bad experience . The worst part is not being able to get in contact with anyone
