Ordered a simple Bagel with egg and cheese, they added $2.00 for extra egg which I did not ask for, lady murmured rudely “so you want the bare minimum “ as if she’s eating it, the bevel was so small, I’m not sure what happened to this chain, but their bagels used to be the staple of bagels, it’s definitely cost cutting over customer’s satisfaction. I’m not sure what the qualifications are for working in customer service anymore but I will never visit this location again let alone patron this company again on a whole. I placed an online order at 11:10 AM and when I went to pickup my order, the woman at the register asked me if I was placing a new order or if I was there to pickup. I advised I was there to pickup my order and she rudely motioned toward the pickup stand and turned around and went back to talking with the other workers. I retrieved my order and left. Halfway home, my daughter checked the bag and half of our order was missing

I had such a great experience at Einstein Bagels recently, all thanks to Paulette, Isaiah, and France! They were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, their friendly attitudes made the whole visit really enjoyable. They were super efficient and made sure my order was perfect, even when it was busy.
