We went to the Sergio's at London Square in Kendall for breakfast recently and it was a great experience. Sometimes these local spots can get a bit hectic in the mornings, but the service here was actually really fast and we didn't have to wait long at all to get our food. The prices are also very reasonable for what you get, which is always a plus. It is definitely one of those reliable places where you can grab a solid meal without it costing a fortune or taking up your whole morning. Sergio’s Restaurant never disappoints! The food was delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. Our server, Juan Pablo, was EXCELLENT! He made sure everything we ordered was exactly to our liking. He went all out when preparing our dessert. His artistic abilities turned a simple dessert into a work of art! I will definitely be back.

I ordered two dinner dishes at Sergio’s—one was the breaded chicken, and the other was the ropa vieja. Both arrived, but the breaded chicken was a normal dinner portion, while the ropa vieja came in a small side container. It felt mismatched for a full dinner. I noticed the portion difference when I got home, so I went back to the restaurant to talk about it. They said they couldn’t do anything, so I ended up having to order and pay for another dish right then. Not the resolution I expected from a restaurant I used to love going to—unfortunately, they’ve now lost a customer.

The place has good infrastructure but is very poorly organized; there is a sense of disorder since the kitchen is open and the waiters look for the dishes in a very disorganized way. The waiters are not very attentive to the customer. The food is good, but it is not worth the unpleasant experience we had.
