I pass by this place all the time when I’m in The Villages, and yesterday was my first time stopping in. The environment is very nice and inviting, but it’s super cold inside—definitely bring a jacket or even a blanket. When you walk in, you have to sign in with your name and party size, which I didn’t realize at first. Seating is limited, so we ended up waiting about 20 minutes before getting a table. The menu sounded really good, and I was surprised by how large the portions were for the price. I ordered the cherry pancakes because the menu mentioned a cherry glaze—I expected something lik

We have been here a few times and have never left disappointed, the service is great, the gals are wonderful and friendly and actually know how to carry on a conversation.! I had a huge small chef salad and my partner had the rioch french toast.And they were both amazing! The salads were big enough for me. For 2 more meals.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Billy’s Cafe in Lady Lake, Florida is a true hometown gem! We went for the first time for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the coffee was absolutely perfect, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The atmosphere has that good old-fashioned diner feel—warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Everything came together for a great morning out, and we will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Old school diner feel. Short waits on all my visits there. Hands down the best breakfast in the area. I went to many other breakfast places during my month in the villages and no others compared. I did only have the omelette each visit which was phenomenal. Same goes for the potatoes… and the toast? Well it was toast. Great portions, great price and quality food. The servers were always very personable and straight up good at their jobs.
