This place used to be great. The past two times haven't been good. Last time some blonde lady gave me a dirty look while lighting up a cigarette right by the drive thru window. I had to drive off and they were taking forever. This time the food is just not how it used to be. Sad, this used to be a great spot for a quick lunch.

This review is specifically for their new sous vide WAGYU burger (yes it has come to this). I haven't been to Arby's in a couple of years (not that there is anything wrong with it/just not convenient to where I live). But I am out waiting on a family member at an appointment and up pops a news feed that tells me that Arby's has an item they have never offered and it is available starting today for a limited time. I ordered $27 worth of food and what I got was barely palatable. The mozzarella cheese sticks were falling apart, the regular roast beef sandwich I got had a lot of fat in it. I realize a lot of people like fat, I am not one of those people. I like actual roast beef and not fat. Selling a sandwich for $5 with fat is not the way to keep customers coming back. I can't finish my meal because the fat makes me nauseous. Thank you Arby's! You ruined my appetite for your food!
