I have a low expectation on fast food restaurants especially regarding seafood. But today I got the “you pick two” with lobster mac n cheese and a chicken caesar salad and both were superrrr good. I even asked for extra caesar dressing and they gave it to me. It was my first time trying their lobster, growing up with rhode island seafood its usually dont get that type of stuff t chain restaurants..😭 BUT it was reallyyyyy good!!! I posted this review a hours after so I didnt get sick or anything. Want to go back!!

Good afternoon Panera Bread Team, I recently visited your Enfield, CT location and was surprised to be charged $4.99 for a large cup of water. To be honest, I found this charge excessive. Many restaurants provide water free of charge, even while covering the costs associated with cups, staffing, and dishwashing. Charging nearly $5 for water feels unreasonable, especially for something that is considered a basic necessity. I went for lunch one day and my sandwich was made wrong. No big deal I called the store and asked for a refund they told me to come in during the week to have them remake it. I went in and explained the situation and they happily remade my sandwich. The cashier and the food prep team were all super nice about it and apologized for making it wrong the first time. Everyone makes mistakes it’s what you do to fix it that matters the most. Great customer service!

Panera offers the sip club where you pay for drinks once a month or annually. The only problem is that in the Enfield location they serve all of the orders before you can get your cup. It can be 5 minutes or more before you get your cup when you're just waiting for a drink. There has to be a better way to just get a simple cup without waiting so long.
