Apparently ordering chili is a crime at this location. I was given dog food instead of chili. Never in my life have I ordered chili from Wendy’s and it looks like this. Absolutely disgusting. People are paying for this food. This isn’t the first time I’ve received bad food and terrible service from this location. I don’t care if it’s late and employees don’t want to do their job. A person ordering late could’ve just gotten off of a 12 hour shift themselves and left to eat dog food for dinner because a Wendy’s employee was too bothered to do their job.

We decided to visit the Enfield Wendy’s tonight on 6/5/26 to grab dinner on our way home, usually this place is pretty good, yet tonight we were appalled. We had both ordered double big bacon classic burger meals, what received was two large burger buns, each containing two tiny jr sized burger patties, a smattering of mayo and some bacon. As we have both worked in restaurants we knew not to bring the food back as we didn’t want special spit sauce added to any new items. I usually don't make reviews on places because I personally feel like it's never that serious to take time out of your day to bash employees. But what I saw genuinely shocked me. I was sitting in the drive thru someday last week, and the person first handed me my drink and they were waiting on the food so they closed the window and took the next persons order. I see them use the scooper to get the ice that is connected to the soda machine. Great food and friendly service! The burgers are always fresh and tasty, and I love their spicy nuggets. The only downside is the drive-thru can be a bit slow during peak hours, but it's worth the wait!
