We usually have a great experience at 3 Margaritas. One of my families favorite Mexican restaurants. This experience was not so pleasant. To begin with the young lady that was our waitress seemed very “in a hurry” to get us served and out of there. Secondly the food was not up to par as usual. I ordered a Combination b plate with smothered burrito, taco, tostada, and cheese enchiladas. Be aware: this place adds a 3% surcharge if you pay with a debit or credit card. I understand businesses have processing fees, but customers should clearly know before ordering — not just find out when the bill arrives. It feels like paying an extra ATM-style fee on top of your meal. Also, the wording on the receipt is poorly written and unprofessional. If you’re going to charge extra fees, at least communicate them clearly and properly. Because of that unexpected charge, I won’t be returning and you should do the same if you agree with me. Transparency matters.
