I hate leaving bad reviews… unfortunately this is the second time I’ve came to this sonic and had my order messed up… first time I ordered a meal with a sonic blast as the drink and never got a drink at all let alone my ice cream. This time we had two orders, service at the window was rude because I didn’t have TWO pennies. Then took 5 whole minutes to give me my $15 in change. Got home and I was given a chili cheese dog when the receipt specifically stated chili cheese tots… maybe the employees here should worry more about the food being ordered then being mad we wanted some sauce.

All Sonic locations are slow, but this one was notably slower, taking over 20 minutes. Way too long! We didn't receive any condiments, even the ones we had actually ordered. There was no syrup for the french toast sticks. No marinara for the mozzarella sticks. Ordered extra ketchup and mustard on one of the burgers and it was light at best. Same with the chicken sandwich. I asked for extra mayo and there was none. I had to add my own at home. Pretty terrible experience!

Not ordering from here any more. Every time I've ordered delivery in the last two months, the driver is "making another stop along the way". Food has always arrived cold. Burgers, fries, rings, mozzarella sticks, doesn't make any difference, it's all cold. $$$$ for delivery fees and taxes. Add even a 10% tip for the driver, and your bill has increased by around 33% of the original price. Don't waste your money for cold food. If youre dying for Sonic, then drive there and eat in the car. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

Asked for and got charged for a cheesecake master shake , instead I got a regular vanilla shake. Check your food before leaving
