I used to come here all the time but the service has become atrocious. The manager with dark hair is rude and never greets anyone. Sometimes she sees a line and goes and hides in the back. They have new employees that always get the order wrong because they don't listen and don't care. When you mention something they put a bad face. Definitely never going there again. How does the owner not see this?

I have come to Cao many times as their pastelitos and coffee are always delicious. Today I walked in at 3:55pm and it took a little bit to be attended as there was someone in front of me who was being attend. Once I got to the front at 3:58pm I kindly asked for a cafe con leche, I was told “sorry we are closed.” As someone who works in customer service, this is an huge no and I am extremely disappointed to walk into the store, wait, and be turned away even before 4:00pm when the door says they are closed. Unfortunately this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth…

We stopped by on our way to Key West... everything was delicious! This is my first time trying out CAO. Tried a bunch of different things. And a couple of sandwiches too. Yes. The coffee was good too!!! Would definitely be back again when I’m back in town.

I had my order delivered by instacart ( deleted app) reheated chicken and some lettuce and tomato. The plate included rice, black beans and maduros didn’t arrive with it. $26.33 for absolutely lit bit of lettuce and reheated chicken. Done.
