The biscuits were hard as a rock the chicken is not supposed to be so tough we got the family meal deal and ask for two green beans they gave us no green beans and coleslaw it was a very bad experience very disappointing considering we love our KFC

I really like KFC and have never had a problem with any of their branches or the quality of the food before, but this one really disappointed me a lot. The quality of this chicken was awful, completely burnt and so overseasoned that it tastes like pure salt. I'm giving it two stars because the service from the guy who served us was actually pretty good and very kind, but it's sad that they care so little about their customers that they're capable of giving you a burnt chicken of such poor quality when it's so easy to throw it away and give you one that's worth it, and I speak from experience h

Waited 15-20 minutes in line, the intercom didn't work and they had a paper sign on it saying to order with cashier. I ordered a #8, the cashier asks me if I wanted original or crispy, I tell her original and give her my credit card and she charges it. About 30 seconds later she tells me there is no original thighs and if I would like crispy instead. I didn't want crispy but accepted it anyways as I was tired of waiting. They didn't even offer a free item or anything for the inconvenience.
