Came on 6/11 at 10pm The drive thru person was very rude. When I filled out the survey and asked for a pen for the code she gave me a pencil. I asked for the manager she said she was the manager. I hope they fix it. I love going to this one usually

I came here after work. I was told to hold on l in drive thru. I was then forgotten about. They continued to take the order of another person who arrived well over 4 min after me. I sat there saying hello into the speaker and no one answered l. I had to reverse and go into the other line . When the person finally came on the speaker I was telling them the incident that happened they switched me back and forth between 2 people 3 different times. No one has apologized.
