This store has just been slammed with too many orders. When you pick up food you will literally stand there awkwardly for 20 minutes with door dashers waiting for orders. There is no 2nd line for pickups and nowhere to stand. The regular line for on the spot orders is out the door. It takes so long and food is never ready when the app says. I love panda but they either need a bigger restaurant, to take less doordash orders per hour, or hire more help.

Great food. Didn’t care for one of the employees. Rushed, unfriendly, dismissive. Rude when I asked to see cup sizes like it was a huge bother. They even came to the drink machine with our bags of food and just plopped them down without saying a word. It was bizarre. I saw other orders just placed on top of the counter. I had to go back to ask for sauces. Never had this experience at any other Panda in US or Canada. Quite the opposite. I’m sure they know who she is and I hope she gets this feedback and more training.

From the moment I opened up my plate, I could smell the burned food. Fried rice was nothing but burnt pieces, so dry that you couldn't taste anything else. The orange chicken was really good. The beef and broccoli was okay, it just didn't have enough sauce in it.
