Cecilia and Zaye are really great. They do know your coffee. The place is clean enough. Located in the open restaurant and cinema area of the Del Amo shopping 🛍️ center.. Not enough seating though either indoor or outdoor. The view is nice and the area is very busy .

I had a frustrating experience here today. I came in with a friend and we both placed orders. While I was there, I clearly heard my friend order a matcha latte with oat milk. However, the drink she received was made with almond milk. When we went back to politely ask for a remake, the barista (an Asian woman with short hair) responded in a very rude and condescending tone, saying, “if you say almond milk, we will make it as almond milk.” What made this even more frustrating was that she wasn’t the one who took the order, yet she immediately assumed we were wrong instead of checking or clarif

Normally, at Starbucks, if you’re not satisfied with your drink, the staff will remake it for you. But today at this location, I encountered a female employee who was extremely mean and even came across as somewhat racist. She seemed to have a strong bias against my accent. The cashier misheard me saying “oat” as “almond,” and instead of handling the situation professionally, she made sarcastic and passive-aggressive comments for quite a while. It made me very angry
