Today at Wendy's drive-thru the service was less than satisfactory. I mentioned that my fry portion wasn’t full, she closed the window before I could request fresh fries. Instead, she handed me a full box of the same cold fries. The burger was good.

Had to edit this to 1 star. Jenica it is never OK to use the excuse we are busy for not putting my cheese on the cheesy burger and serving me cold fries after sitting in the drive thru for more than 15minutes. Literally behind one car that got a small bag. I was looking forward to trying the new burger and you failed as the manager tonight. This is, until tonight the best Wendy's in the tricity area imo. No longer my opinion. I'll include pics of both cheesy bacon burgers. Sure some cheese sauce in there, but no cheese slices. What makes this cheesy?

Josiah and the 2 managers (Jesus and Daniel) gave us amazing service. With having Chick-Fil-A next door. We will continue to choose Wendy's as our spot to go to.

McKenna took my order and she had the most wonderful customer service i've ever experienced. I have two rowdy kids who love to pretend to be dinosaurs and she began joking with them and talking about dinosaurs with them. Later in the car they told me she was as "cool as a t-rex!" I will definitely be returning and so will my little velociraptors!
