I’ve yet to have a good experience at this dutch with the staff constantly chitchatting holding up the line and not taking orders. But today I went out of convenience as it’s closest to my work and I finally get up to the window to be handed this murky grey drink. I told the guy, what I thought was pretty polite, that it wasn't my drink and he proceeded to sit and argue with me that this grey drink was my usually bright pink/red gem berry telling me "that's what happens when you get it double blended" and making lil snarky comments even tho i get this drink pretty much everyday so I know what

The staff here is always super sweet! Shoutout to Bianca- she was especially great because she made sure we liked what we got before leaving! Never had a bad experience here :) I definitely recommend going here.

The worst service ever!! We placed an online order, and it is never ready at the scheduled pickup time. There is always at least a 5-minute wait, but today it took more than 10 minutes past the pickup time shown in the app. The staff were not listening and seemed unresponsive about the order. I understand mornings can be busy, but if you offer app ordering service, having orders ready on time is very important as well.

Every time I go to this Dutch bros early in the morning especially on Saturdays my drink is made wrong and given the wrong size..which I don’t understand cause the lady reads me back my order and it’s correct … I stopped going here because of that and started only going to the Tigard one even tho I work in tualatin because of this … decided to stop at this one case I didn’t have time to drive to the Tigard one and thought maybe it’ll be right … and again it’s wrong ordered a Large hand blended carmalizer extra shot extra sweet…and was given a med and what tasted like a esspresso blended with h
